The Children’s Foundation (TCF) has been strengthening families in the Lower Mainland of British Columbia since 1957. We bring people together to make change happen—in individual behaviour, family support and dynamics, community conditions, and community support. Our unique combination of counselling, prevention, intervention, and collaborative programs focus on building strong families, capable children, and supportive communities.

While we have three office locations, in East Vancouver, the Whalley district in Surrey, and Langley, our staff members serve communities and families throughout the Lower Mainland. Most people know TCF for our mental health counselling and autism services for children and families, but we also work to help children succeed at school and to help rebuild a sense of community in the neighbourhoods where families live. Our services are culturally safe, and we strive to meet the diversity needs of the communities we serve.
