TCF has long recognized the erosion of family integrity, individual success, and community support posed by the increasing complexity of social issues, isolation of families, and scarce resources. We believe that no single organization or institution can meet all needs for all people. Complex issues require solutions that are best accomplished through collaboration among existing services and organizations.
Just as problems are interrelated, so must be our solutions. Services must be integrated and multi-dimensional. They must be coordinated to deal with many problems at once, rather than one problem at a time.

Working Together
To address problems in the community and in the service delivery system, TCF is reworking its practice to emphasize interagency collaboration and coordination. To that end, we have worked closely with like-minded organizations in the communities we serve to achieve the highest level of integrated service possible. TCF has engaged in the following collaborative activities.
